Chiropractic care aims to promote function, health and wellness through careful inspection of the musculoskeletal and nervous systems. Chiropractic is a form of manual therapy that helps restore range of motion, decrease pain, and improve movement patterns by using manual techniques including spinal adjustments, joint mobilizations, soft-tissue therapy, and rehabilitation.

Acupuncture is an effective form of alternative medicine, aimed at decreasing pain, restoring function, increasing local blood flow, and neuromodulating tissues in the body. Acupuncture treatment involves the insertion of thin needles through your skin at specific points on the body. The amount of needles used for each treatment, as well as the depth of insertion, both depend on the issue presented. Stimulating strategic acupuncture points allows for an improvement in vascular and neurological flow to areas experiencing pain or dysfunction.

Therapeutic Massage

This form of therapy involves hands-on techniques to increase circulation, relieve tension, reduce stress, relieve anxiety, improve sleep, and promote relaxation throughout the entire body, as well as many other benefits. The body's soft tissue areas include the muscles, tendons, connective tissue, etc.
